Mehmondo'stlik sanoatida xizmat ko'rsatish sifati yuqori raqobatbardosh bozorda barqaror raqobat ustunligi va mijozlarning sodiqligini qo'lga kiritishning eng muhim omillaridan biriga aylanadi. Shunday qilib, u mehmondo'stlik sanoatida muhim asosiy tushuncha va tanqidiy omil sifatida qaraladi. Mehmonxona sanoatida xizmat ko'rsatish sifati mehmonxona hayotidir. Ajoyib mehmonxona mijozlarga yuqori sifatli xizmat ko'rsatadi. Ko'pgina mijozlar mehmonxonani xizmat ko'rsatish sifatiga qarab tanlaydilar. Shunday qilib, mehmonxona egalari mehmonlarga sifatli xizmat ko'rsatishga harakat qilishlari kerak.
