ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF TEACHING PHYSICAL CULTURE IN SCHOOLS

Abstract

Sport is one of the most important branches of the social sphere. Physical education and sports
help to improve the person, help to strengthen the health and efficient functioning of the
workforce, which ultimately contributes to the full economic progress of the country. Physical
education trends have evolved recently to include a greater variety of activities beyond typical
sports. Introducing students to physical activity at an early age can help students develop good
activity habits that they carry over into adulthood.
