Abstract
The increase in the export volume of fruit and vegetable products in our republic, the increasing quality and safety requirements for products in the world market, and the step-by-step transition to the production of organic agricultural products in order to strengthen the position of the products grown in our republic in the international markets indicate that it is the current demand. In this regard, important work has been carried out, and it has been initiated by enterprises producing organic agricultural products and special state organizations.
