Аннотация
Цель работы – экспериментальное изучение влияния давления, температуры и времени сверхкритическая СО2-экстракция (СК-СО2) на выход экстрактивного вещества из местного сырья - корня солодки. Объектом исследования послужили корни солодки голой, выращенной в окрестностях Бухарской области.
