Abstract

This monograph is devoted to a comparative study of a narrow area of ​​limited vocabulary - tourism terms, a comparative analysis of tourist terms from a lexical-semantic point of view within the English and Uzbek languages. In addition, the study provides a scientific overview of the translation of English and Uzbek terms related to tourism, as well as translation problems. Similarities and differences in terminological vocabulary in both language sections have also been explored by identifying lexical features of tourism terms.
Theoretical generalizations and analyzes of the monograph can be used by linguists, researchers, tourism professionals, masters and philologists.
