Abstract
In the following article the detailed information about the emergence of new views on the development of entrepreneurship and commercial affairs in the Bukhara Emirate at the end of the 19th and early 20th century, criticism of problems in the economic sphere of the emirate by progressive Jadids who dreamed of implementing changes in all spheres of society, that they began to look for their solutions, their development of ideological programs for the development of the sphere is examined.
