Physical culture and sports are widely used as a moral, ideological and practical tool in the
formation of the national gene pool, the proper organization of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy
generation of the young generation. While everyone, family, and parents make physical education
and sports a habit, their respect as a value leads society to engage in physical education and sports
on an ongoing basis.
The article is devoted to the educational activities of physical culture and sports professionals in the
organization of a healthy lifestyle.
