Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada fransuz va o‘zbek tillarida pazandachilik terminlari ishlatilishining leksik-semantik usullarini o‘rganish yoritilgan. Gastronomiyaga kelsak, oshxonaga xos bo‘lgan noyob va xilma-xil pazandalik atamalarini o‘z ichiga oladi. Ushbu
maqolada ushbu atamalarning kelib chiqishi va rivojlanishi o‘rganildi, ularning etimologiyasi yoritildi va fransuz gastronomiyasining evolutsion tadqiqi har tomonlama tushuntirildi.
