Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada yuqori haroratli o`ta o`tkazgichlarning eng keng tarqalgan vakiliBSCCO vismut asosli kupratning olinishi hamda uni tayyorlash jarayonida nimalarga e`tiborli bo`lishzarurligi haqida bayon etilgan.
BSCCO kupratining qattiq holat reaksiya usulida olinishining afzalligi va kamchiliklari keltirilgan.Shu bilan birga nima sababdan bu turdagi kupratlarning o`ta o`tkazuvchanlikka o`tish fazasi bitta emas,balki bir necha fazalarda namoyon bo`lishiga ham to`xtalib o`tilgan bo`lib, bu sabablar sodda holdatushuntirilgan. BSCCOkupratning bir qancha olinish texnologiyalari bo`lib, maqolada qattiq holatreaksiyasi usulida olish bosqichlari ketma-ketlikda keltirilgan.
