Children's game folklore of the Russian and Uzbek people is a multi-stage community of mutually conditioned genetic, age and functional genre associations, a special place among which is occupied by the characters with a satirical component. In this article, on the basis of comparison, the varieties of the genre of "mockery" in the folklore of the two peoples are considered: nicknames, portraits, epigrams, shaming.
