Abstract
This article analyzes medical terminology and its translations, ways to translate, discourse of terminology
and others. Medicine is an ancient science subject to the evolution of history. Therefore, his discourse,
including terminology, cannot escape the influence of successive users. The didactics of medical translation
must take into account that the medical sociolect is not fed by objective and strict terminology, but that it
is subject to instability, which is both synchronous and diachronic.
